• Handle Sea Import & Export shipments from booking to cargo release, including both Customer Service and Documentation tasks.

• Arrange bookings with shipping lines/co-loaders and follow up sailing schedules.

• Prepare and submit SI, VGM, Import E-manifest and other required shipping documents.

• Arrange AMS/ISF/ICS2/AFR/E-MNF filing

• Female candidates only.

• College/University graduate, preferably majoring in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Import-Export, Economics or related fields.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service & Documentation at a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company.

• Strong practical experience in Sea Freight Import & Export is required.

• Experience handling Sea Export shipments to the USA, CANADA, EU is highly preferred.
