• Strategic Business Analysis: Analyze business strategies and financial data to define BPR objectives, company vision, and transformation strategies.
• End-to-End F&A Process Design: Analyze and design Finance & Accounting processes, including AP/AR, fixed assets, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Business Process Re-engineering (BPR): Conduct workload analysis for F&A processes, reduce month-end closing lead times, and optimize management reporting.
• Management Accounting Platform Design: Define KPIs, analyze data management, and design platforms for segment profitability and consolidated management accounting.
• Costing & Budgeting Control: Analyze production costs, design costing frameworks, and develop budget planning and control structures.
• F&A Technology Strategy & Selection: Formulate IT software strategies for budget planning/production costing, evaluate vendor partners, and perform ROI analysis.
• ERP & RPA Implementation Support: Analyze business requirements for ERP deployment and develop Proof of Concept (PoC) and implementation strategies for RPA.
• Supply Chain Operations Analysis: Assess and streamline core SCM operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, trade, and procurement.
• Logistics & Material Operations Support: Optimize warehouse operations, material handling, transport assignment, and overall logistics distribution flow.
• Logistics IT Solution Integration: Apply basic understanding of SCP, CRM, ERP, WMS, and TMS systems to optimize SCM operations.
• Issue Analysis & Quick-Win Solutions: Identify strategic, managerial, and operational bottlenecks to implement high-impact "Quick Win" solutions.
• Consulting Deliverable Creation: Produce high-quality client deliverables, including assessment reports, process flowcharts, business requirements, and financial policies.
• Project Planning & Governance: Define project scope, estimate workloads, establish cost baselines, and plan resource allocation for consulting engagements.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Lead client interviews, facilitate workshops, manage client expectations, and coordinate key decision-makers.
• Deliverable & Quality Management: Oversee overall project quality, ensure project deliverables are met on schedule, and lead team members to project success.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree
• English: Upper intermediate level
• 2 to 3 years of Finance and Accounting Business Consulting, or Accounting Business Process Design, or Audit, Business Analysis experience.
• Work experience in one or more consulting projects as a project manager or a project member.
• Experience of 2 to 3 accounting busin ess process consulting projects.
• Experience of creating business process flow.
• Strong eager and s elf motivat ion to become a Financial Management Consultant.

- Supply Chain Management (SCM) Domain Requirements

• Deep understanding of supply chain business operations in a logistics or manufacturing company, such as:
• Sales forecast/Supply chain planning
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse operations
• Material handling

• Purchase management
• Basic understanding of logistics-related IT solutions e.g. SCP (Supply Chain Planning), CRM (Customer relationship management), ERP (enterprise resource planning), WMS (warehouse management system), TMS (transport management system), etc.
• High competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership).
• High documentation and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint documents and MS Excel.
• Strong motivation to build up a career in the business consulting field.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially interviewing clients, facilitating meetings, coordinating clients with other stakeholders.
• Skills to build key consulting deliverables (Assessment / Business Process Design / Business Requirement/Financial Policies).
