Compliance officer

Develop procedure under Local Laws & JPC standards.
✓ Main responsibilities to audit subcontractors both VN1, VN2
✓ Internal Audit to make sure VN1, VN2 alight with JPC group's standards and law applicable.
✓ Work directly with Auditor both local government audit like Fire Police, Social Affair, SHTP, Tax ... and customers related to compliance filed.
✓ Weekly report on observation and CAPs at work place.
✓ Working with customer directly to submit CAPs and findings.
✓ Control 100% Safety issue in company, including labor - health - safety - machine safety ...
✓ Flexible working place in both VN1, VN2.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
Minimum
3–5 years of experience in
Internal Audit, Compliance, EHS, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English (mandatory); Chinese is an advantage.
Willing to travel and work flexibly between
VN1 and VN2.
Certified
Internal Auditor or
Lead Auditor
(ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) is preferred.
Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Experience working directly with international customers and third-party auditors.
Ability to prepare audit reports and conduct meetings in English.
