Tuyển dụng Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế (Senior Level) tại Hà Nội

• Provide legal advice to the Board of Management and business units on corporate legal matters, business operations and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to the Company's business operations.
• Identify and assess legal risks arising from business operations, projects and transactions, and recommend practical solutions to mitigate such risks.
• Lead negotiations with domestic and international partners, clients, vendors and other stakeholders on contractual and legal matters.
• Research, interpret and update relevant laws and regulations, and provide timely legal guidance to relevant stakeholders.
• Take ownership of complex legal matters, disputes, claims and other ad-hoc legal issues involving the Company.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and external legal counsel/law firms on legal documents, licenses, approvals and other legal matters.
• Perform other legal tasks and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing contracts with domestic and international stakeholders.
• Experience working with state authorities on legal matters.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and handle pressure.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• In-house legal experience, especially in telecommunications and/or IT, is highly preferred.

Key Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house.
• Strong experience in contract review, negotiation and legal risk assessment.
• Experience with construction and/or FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
• Strong ability to independently manage projects, multiple workstreams and complex/ad-hoc legal matters.
