Support planning, execution, and monitoring of the credit card project.

Work closely with IT, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver initiatives

Assist in preparing business user requirement (BRD) , user acceptance test (UAT), training, operation manual and guideline workflow for credit card

Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and support fraud prevention measures.

Liaise with solution providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Prepare project documentation, presentations, and updates for senior management

Yêu cầu

Degree

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit card business and good knowledge on local compliance and regulation.

Experience in in either of the below sector

• Finance and Accounting of Credit Card
• Credit Card Application workflow and Judgement
• Credit Card Operation Workflow
• Credit Card Fraud Prevention and Monitoring
• Marketing of Credit Card
• Development of Mobile application
• Collection
• Applicant with higher experience will be consider as Deputy Project Team Head, Project Team Head

Foreign language (English)
