Global Product Compliance (GPC) is a global regulatory consulting company with offices across 8 countries, providing chemical compliance and market access services to clients worldwide. As we establish our presence in Vietnam, we are looking for Chemical Regulatory Consultants and Assistants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with new chemical substance registration in Vietnam, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting registration documents and dossiers.

• Follow up registration applications with the Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and communicate with relevant Vietnamese authorities regarding registration requirements and procedures.

• Research, monitor, and analyze developments in Vietnamese regulations covering chemicals, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, and communicate relevant updates to clients and internal teams.

• Provide regulatory support and advice on Vietnamese chemical legislation and compliance requirements.

• Identify and maintain communication with relevant Vietnamese regulatory authorities, industry organizations, laboratories, consultants, and other local stakeholders.

• Communicate and coordinate with Vietnamese clients, authorities, business partners, and GPC's international regulatory and technical teams.

• Support GPC in evaluating opportunities to establish and expand local regulatory services and operations in Vietnam.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Experience in chemical regulatory affairs or compliance in Vietnam; experience with new chemical substance registration is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of Vietnamese chemical legislation and regulatory procedures.

• Class B Specialized Chemical Consultancy Certificate, or eligibility to obtain the certificate, is an advantage.

• Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with international teams.

• Honest, responsible, and reliable, with a strong sense of integrity and accountability
