You will have end-to-end ownership of revenue, sales pipeline, key partnerships, and team performance, with the opportunity to turn market opportunities into scalable business results. 

JOB OVERVIEW 

As the Business Manager, you will own AWING’s sales growth through global media agency partnerships. You will lead the full sales cycle, from building agency relationships, hunting opportunities, pitching solutions, and negotiating to closing deals, while driving agency adoption of AWING’s Location-Based Media solutions. 

Your mission is to win more media budgets from global agencies, grow strategic accounts, and make AWING a go-to solution in their multichannel media plans. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop, grow, and manage business partnerships with global media agencies (resellers), aiming to build a strong and scalable reseller ecosystem for AWING. 
• Design and implement a structured framework to support partners throughout the business development lifecycle. 
• Strengthen AWING’s brand positioning and influence within the marketing and media industry.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields 
• Must-have: Proven experience working at or directly with global agencies, preferably in Client Service, Group Head, Business Development, or Account Management roles. 
• At least 5 years of experience in the advertising/media industry, including at least 3 years in business team leadership or high-standard sales operations 
• Young and driven talents with a structured working mindset and strong ambition for accelerated growth are highly welcome 
• Logical, structured thinking with strong analytical and consultative problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and training skills 
• Strong understanding of agency operations, consultative sales models, and how media budgets are allocated from brands

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

Unlimited income potential includes: 
• Base salary: from VND 35 – 50 million/month (gross), negotiable depending on experience. 
• Various allowances (lunch, mobile phone, etc.) 
• Multiple bonus types: performance-based sales bonus, OKR bonus, 13th-month salary, and potential to earn P&L-based bonuses (profit-sharing by business unit)
