• Proactively identify and approach potential B2B clients, with a focus on businesses requiring truck transportation services (heavy cargo, oversized goods, inter-provincial and intra-city delivery).
• Plan and execute outreach activities including company visits, product presentations, and consultative selling of Ahamove's truck transportation solutions tailored to each client's needs.
• Build and maintain a healthy new client pipeline, ensuring monthly/quarterly new client acquisition targets are met.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Manage the full assigned client portfolio with full ownership of revenue growth and order volume targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients; analyze usage data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Design and implement customized volume stimulation programs, promotions, or incentive schemes tailored to specific client segments to drive daily order growth.
• Maintain a high client retention rate by proactively addressing complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and escalate to relevant departments when needed.

• College or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience; Comfortable to do field sales, including in-person market visits at least once a week.
• Candidates with a background in Logistics, Transportation, E-commerce, FMCG, or F&B are preferred.
• Prior experience managing Key Accounts or Enterprise Clients is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of the Trucking / Freight industry is a significant plus.
