Tuyển dụng Business Development Specialist tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Support research and analysis of commercial land, residential, and mixed-use development opportunities in line with the Company's strategy.
• Assist in preparing and updating business plans, investment proposals, and project-related reports.
• Support commercial and financial feasibility studies under the guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants in the preparation and submission of project documentation.
• Assist in liaising with relevant authorities regarding investment, land, planning, construction, and environmental procedures.
• Monitor the progress of submissions, consolidate feedback from authorities, and report updates to the team.
• Perform administrative and other duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Investment, Real Estate, Law, Urban Planning, Construction, or related majors.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in real estate development, real estate investment, or related companies.
• Strong understanding and interest in real estate development, investment, and business development.
• Basic understanding of Vietnamese regulations related to investment, land, planning, and construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in either English or Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively and read business documents. Korean proficiency at TOPIK Level 4 or above is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
