Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding, English & Chinese)

Proactively identify, target, and acquire high-value B2B commercial accounts (focusing on Tier A & B enterprises while driving expansion in the Chinese corporate segment).

Nurture and drive revenue growth across allocated existing client portfolios to consistently hit annual commercial targets.

Formulate custom logistics service proposals, engineer competitive freight solutions (Air & Sea), and oversee seamless operational onboarding for newly secured client business.

Serve as the senior escalation contact to address and resolve complex operational or commercial issues for key client accounts.

Monitor market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and implement growth initiatives to expand regional market share across Vietnam and international trade lanes (including European/German markets).

Generate and manage cross-border sales leads in close alignment with global network affiliates, overseas branch offices, and trade-lane specialists.

Prepare and deliver persuasive commercial presentations, engage in trade networking events, and develop accurate growth projections.

Educational Background: College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade.

Experience: 5–6 years of progressive sales/BD experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics (covering both Air and Ocean freight solutions), including at least 3 years in a Business Development Manager capacity.

Demonstrated ability to function effectively as an autonomous Individual Contributor with strong self-drive and professional executive posture.

Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in

English

(for direct executive reporting to German Management) and

Chinese/Mandarin

(for business development, negotiations, and client engagement).

Solid working knowledge of customs clearance procedures, shipping documentation, and international trade terms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, accompanied by excellent consultative sales, negotiation, and presentation techniques.
