Business Development Executive - Readingstar Institute

About the Role

ReadingStar is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to develop and manage business opportunities across our education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and manage the Book Hunter Program.

-Develop B2G and school partnerships.

-Build partnerships with universities and internship programs.

-Identify and develop franchise opportunities and potential franchise partners.

-Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, companies, organizations, and strategic partners.

-Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

-Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.

-Arrange meetings, negotiate, follow up, and support partnership agreements.

-Manage existing partner relationships and identify opportunities for further collaboration.

-Maintain the business pipeline and prepare regular reports for management.

-Represent ReadingStar at education fairs, networking events, and business meetings.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related fields.

-1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, education, or related fields.

-Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

-Good English communication skills.

-Proactive, organized, independent, and results-oriented.

-Experience in B2B/B2G, franchise, or education partnerships is an advantage.
