1. Presales and conversion

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Handle presales meetings and follow up potential leads
• Drive app adoption and conversion to paid plans

2. VIP Customer Growth & Retention

• Manage and build relationships with VIP customers
• Proactively consult on product usage and business optimization
• Improve retention and customer lifetime value

3. Customer Meetings & Solution Ownership

• Lead customer meetings from discovery to solution consulting
• Own requirements, next steps, and customer outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams when needed

4. Agency Partnership & Customer Experience

• Build and maintain relationships with agencies and partners
• Develop referral and collaboration opportunities
• Monitor and improve customer experience across assigned CS cases

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Strong English skills in speaking, writing, reading, and listening
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Consulting, or SaaS
• Experience in presales calls, objection handling, and long-term case follow-up
• Strong consulting mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions that drive business outcomes
• Strong ownership mindset with focus on final outcomes
• Ability to analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Clear and structured communication with customers and internal teams
• Fast learner with technology or SaaS products
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evening and night shifts
