Business Analyst (Korean Topik 5+)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Korean clients to collect requirements and understand business needs

• Assist end users with system issues via chat or phone

• Analyze business processes and prepare clear documents for development and operation teams

• Handle Change Requests, Incidents, and Service Requests in the AMS support model

• Create and maintain system documents

• Support developers and Project Manager during development, testing, and release phases

• Support system operations by investigating issues, finding root causes, and suggesting solutions

• Translate documents between Korean and Vietnamese when needed

• Support the PM in managing backlog, tracking progress, and daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Language Skills:

• Korean proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 up (able to communicate directly with Korean clients)

Professional Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience work with Korea customer

• Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear and high-quality documents

• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office

• Experience in the AI domain is a plus

Working time: KR time (7-16VNT)

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills, confident when working with Korean clients

• Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure

• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
