Business Analysis & Consulting

Analyze customer business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.

Gather, document, and validate business requirements from customers and stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement analysis sessions with clients.

Provide consulting services and recommendations based on industry best practices.

Solution Design & Delivery

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design effective business solutions.

Prepare business process flows, functional specifications, and system documentation.

Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.

Identify gaps between business requirements and standard system capabilities and propose suitable solutions.

Assist project managers in planning, scope management, and project execution.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact between customers and project teams.

Work closely with business users, managers, developers, and project stakeholders.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project discussions to ensure alignment.

Manage customer expectations and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Solution Architects.

Support project documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing activities.

Participate in project planning, review meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the team.

Yêu cầu

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Strong accounting or finance domain knowledge, either through

• Previous working experience in Accounting/Finance, or
• Experience implementing Accounting/Finance modules within ERP systems.
• Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Experience participating in software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• English: Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, MES, WMS, TMS, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
• Experience leading workshops and managing customer-facing activities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, or enterprise business processes.
