A. Business Analyst

Facilitate strategic business initiatives through information research, coordinating projects/ meetings, analyzing and preparation of reports, presentations whilst ensuring that timely and accurate information is provided for decision making purposes.

1. Facilitate Decision Making: Analyze, research information from a wide range of sources in order to provide better insights and thereby facilitate the process of decision making.

2. Successful completion of Projects: Implement/ Support / manage projects through proper coordination and ensure successful completion of project in order to achieve organizational objectives.

- Coordinate with MAS Group level project members

- Communicate with Group, SBU’s & teams

3. Image building: Promote internal image building through visualizing clarity, standard of communication and thereby ensure a positive image of the organization.

- Prepare presentations, editorials & reports

- Conduct presentations to customers

- Communicate with external parties

4. Relationship Building & Networking: Foster, maintain and collaborate relationships with internal, external contacts to achieve end organizational objectives.

5. Training: Provide guidance, and training on research and information presentation, to make sure that the company standards are maintained and employee knowledge on research is optimized.

B. Personal Assistant (PA) to CEO

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, effective communication, and professional representation of the company.

1. Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.

2. Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.

3. Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

4. Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate flow of information for strategic initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Requirement:

- Degree in Economics/Foreign Language/Business/ IT/ Marketing

- Strong English language skills (Written & Spoken)

- At least 3 years working experience as Business Analyst or Personal Assistant to CEO

- Attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimum guidance, ability to work on multiple projects (multi-tasking), confidential & trustworthy

- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.
