Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET.
• Design and build high-performance, scalable, and reliable services and APIs.
• Participate in system architecture, database design, caching, and message-processing solutions.
• Optimize application performance, including latency, throughput, concurrency, and database performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve system quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET backend development.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and MySQL.
• Experience building high-performance, high-throughput, or low-latency applications.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
• Solid knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
• Good understanding of database design, indexing, query optimization, and transactions.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with Docker and Linux environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on projects related to Finance, Accounting, Fintech, Trading, or Cryptocurrency.
• Experience building real-time, transaction-processing, or large-scale data systems.
• Experience designing systems for high availability, fault tolerance.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes/Docker Swarm, monitoring, and CI/CD is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional Backend Development experience.
• Candidates with experience in financial systems, trading platforms, or high-volume transaction systems are highly preferred.
