About KPMG Delivery Center (KDC)

A shared service center in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and Hanoi which utilizes innovative, intelligent automation and state-of-the-art data processing and analysis technology to support KPMG’s Deals, Tax, Legal (DTL), Audit, and Consulting service teams at key steps of client engagements.

Audit Confirmation (AC):

Perform Audit Support services mainly for Audit Confirmation and Year-end Stock Count services, including the main following responsibilities:

Audit Confirmation services o Generate Audit Confirmations (“ACs”) via the automated internal system and send soft copies to Audit Engagement Team.

o Receive authorized hard copy ACs from Audit Client or Audit Engagement Team and send to Addressees (“Responders”).

o Follow up statuses of Audit Confirmations and perform Chasing Calls to encourage ACs returned.

o Receive replied hard copy ACs from Addressees (“Responders”) and upload them into the automated internal system.

o Assemble and archive returned audit confirmations.

Year-end Stock Count services o Attend Year-end Stock Counts of Audit Clients to perform the relevant audit procedures as assigned and guided by Audit Engagement Team.

o Prepare the proper working papers as requested by Audit Engagement Team.

Other tasks required by Supervisors

Yêu cầu công việc

o Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g., accounting, finance.

o Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

o Good command of English and Vietnamese.

o The ability to apply an understanding of financial statements.

o Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.

o Detail-oriented and strong organizational, effective time management and communication skills.

o Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines.

o Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

o Enthusiastic, demonstrate a “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
