Tuyển dụng Assistant to Head of Sales cum Analysis Supervisor

1. Receive, classify, arrange and process information, documents, synthesize documents sending to Head of Sales.

2. Review documents, prepare reports and new documents. Translate from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.

3. Assist Head of Sales to monitor and control the activities of sales Dept., assist Head of Sales. to deployment, urge, check, synthesize and report on the results of work, propose solutions to handle jobs arising during work performance.

4. Assist Head of Sales in time management: Arrange schedules, itineraries and executive correspondence; schedule meetings with customers, partners, sales teams, related departments

5. Organize meetings, prepare relevant documents as required, record minutes, monitor and urge the reporting of work progress after the meeting.

6. Maintain connection, feedback information of Sales Dept. with sales team and related departments upon request from Head of Sales.

7. Support sales team in reporting, presenting information.

8. Handling arising tasks at the request of Head of Sales.

9 Working with related Departments to ensure Sale forecast accuracy.

10. Collect the market information; particular on sales and analyze the negative, positive to provide the proposal for solutions.

11. Contact to Director of the Regions and Dealers to support and coordinate sales.

12. Develops retailer PO management system index standards to do tracking in each program. Build up sales data dealer / retailer by product by region

13. Monitors & analyzes sell-out data. Maintains and analyzes critical sales & product KPI scorecards/dashboard to understand trend.

14. Collect and analyze to point out the risk & opportunity and come up proposal to management team.  Data monitor and ensure C1/C2 program achievement. Update and share targets vs actual per region. Responsible in monitoring key strategy segment Fungicide/ Insecticide/ Herbicide/ Bio/ Plant growth regulator.

15. Coordinate with the regional Sales teams to translate the Sales strategy into clear action plans and measurable results.

16. Consolidate the Sales Forecast and monitor Sales-In by C1, ASM, DOR and product target.

17. Align and track the Sales Forecast, Sales-In, Sales-Out and DC activities to ensure consistent execution.

18. Monitor performance gaps, identify areas requiring support and follow up on corrective actions.

1. Graduated from concerned university: Economics, Business Administration or related fields.

2. Prior experience handling office responsibilities.

3. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars on Outlook.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese

5. Highly organized multi-tasks who works well in a fast-paced environment

6. Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

7. Experience: At least 02 years in the same position
