1. Market Research & Portfolio Strategy

a.       Analyze crop protection needs fvor each crop and propose appropriate product solutions.

b.       Conduct market research and accurately forecast market demand.

c.       Conduct market segmentation, define product positioning and develop strategic plans for the managed portfolio.

d.       Analyze the market to support the company's strategic goals, with a focus on precision agriculture and climate-resilient crops.

e.       Develop strategies to address industry challenges, including pesticide resistance and growing societal pressure for sustainable solutions.

f.        Maintain and grow market share of the managed product groups.

2. R&D & New Product Development

g.       Work closely with R&D and follow each stage of product research and development.

h.       Track new product development and manage launch plans, product branding, and expansion into new markets and new target groups.

i.        Lead crop protection projects, ensuring both scientific rigor and strategic execution.

3. Labeling & Regulatory Compliance

j.        Review and update product label content and design, ensuring full compliance with the regulations of the Plant Protection Department.

4. Business Planning, Supply & Inventory Management

k.       Plan and supervise the sales plan and import plan of the managed products.

l.        Effectively control production volumes and inventory levels.

5. Pricing, Trade Marketing & Communication

m.     Propose pricing, sales policies and promotion programs for dealers and farmers.

n.       Control advertising and brand image promotion activities.

6. Technical Support & Training

o.       Provide product characteristics, crop cultivation techniques and technical support when needed.

7. Other Assignments

p.       Perform all related tasks as requested by the Vice Head of Marketing.

Understanding of the Regulations, Collective Labor Agreements & maintaining corporate confidentiality.

Knowledge & qualifications

• University graduate or higher, majoring in Plant Protection / Agriculture / Economics.
• In-depth knowledge of the crop protection industry, including agronomic techniques and competitors.

Skills

• Proficient in office computer applications; good English.
• Teamwork; good communication and negotiation skills; market information collection.
• Ability to plan and follow up on plan implementation.
• Ability: Independent work, ability to work under pressure and to solve problems in a timely manner.

Experience

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Brand Marketing or Market Development in the crop protection industry.
• Relationships with dealers and personnel in the crop protection industry are an advantage.
