GrabFood Growth and Strategy team is the growth engine of GrabFood. Grab Marketing Service (GMS), Campaign and Monetization is one of key focuses of the team. We invent marketing packages, campaigns and services by leveraging Grab's assets and demand generation tools for merchants and partners to satisfy their needs while also making revenue for Grab. Work is interdisciplinary – a combination of advanced analytics, merchants & user segmentations, marketing strategy and project management.

Get to know the role

Role is a balance of advanced analytics, project management, and stakeholder management. You will be assigned to lead projects starting from designing marketing package, conducting experiments, analyzing data, package pricing, creating pitch deck and go-to-market plan, designing operation process, setting up campaign, monitoring campaign performance till creating performance report and dashboard for merchant and Grab. Coordination with related parties, e.g. Product team, Marketing team, Business development and Account management team, also plays an important role in making a project successful.

The day-to-day activities

• Analyse merchant and customer data and pain points to identify growth areas for Grab Marketing Service strategically.
• Ideate marketing package that is suitable with each merchant segment to serve their needs using data, assets, and demand generation tools.
• Conduct an experiment to see if the package that we designed actually makes impacts for merchants and adjust the package details as needed.
• Price the package using an appropriate method and data.
• Create go-to-market strategy, which includes pitch deck, marketing communication strategy, project timelines and other materials needed for launching a package, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Design operation process, working sheets and execute as planned.
• Create campaign dashboards and reports to track performance of the campaigns.
• Create a contingency plan and be able to cope with uncertain circumstances, if the performance doesn't go as planned.
• Skills you need

The must haves

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administrations, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Up to 3 years experiences in related field e.g. Tech industry ( E-Commerce or other platform services) Consultant or other related fields.
• Proficiency in processing and analyzing complex datasets using Excel (Essential) and Tableau.
• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Quantitative background with, capable of translating complex analysis into clear insights and actionable business strategy for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
