• Develop various ECS products in cooperation with the Technical Account Manager, including vehicle-specific wiring harnesses, along with all related documentation and fitting instructions.

• Translate product designs, including all components and parts, into production-ready drawings using the electronic systems applied within the organization.

• Prepare product specifications and all related technical documentation.

• Prepare sample wiring harnesses and assist the Technical Department in researching and developing new production techniques.

• Contact suppliers to obtain information regarding component pricing, availability, lead times, and samples.

• Create technical drawings according to specified requirements and product designs.

Job requirements :

To perform the duties and responsibilities of this position effectively, the following skills and qualifications are required:

• Ability to read and create electrical and technical drawings.

• Ability to read, understand, and identify technical requirements.

• Ability to work with CAD systems such as CATIA or SolidWorks…

• Ability to use and read mechanical and electronic measuring tools, such as tape measures, calipers, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.

• Ability to safely disassemble and assemble vehicle parts and components, with basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles.

• Ability to assemble separate parts and components into a correctly functioning system.

• Ability to organize and manage tasks on a project basis.

• Ability to develop project schedules and work according to them.

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, with the ability to analyses and troubleshoot electrical problems.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with good listening and reading skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and its core tools is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and experience requirements:

• Graduated with a university degree in Technical Engineering or a related engineering field.

• Experience in mechanical and electronic engineering are an advantage.

• knowledge and experience in 2D and 3D CAD engineering.

• At least 3 years of working experience in a technical field.

• Interest in designing wiring harnesses in 2D.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Basic English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Excellent communication skills.
