Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an added advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or commercial finance, preferably within an FMCG or sales-driven environment.

Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
