Tuyển dụng 空运操作专员 | Air Freight Operator tại Hồ Chí Minh

岗位职责：

Job responsibilities:

1、负责各航司系统订舱等一系列操作流程；

1. Responsible for daily operational processes such as booking cargoes in airline systems;

2、确认货物出运情况，预报发送；

2. Confirm the shipment status and send pre-alert to airlines in advance;

3、与销售代理日常排货的沟通并检查货物的出运条件是否合格；

3. Communicate with sales agents on a daily basis and check if the shipment conditions of the goods are qualified;

4、与航空公司日常排仓的沟通与订舱表/价格确认的邮件发送；

4. Communicate with airlines on daily loading plan and send booking sheets/price confirmation emails;

5、快速反馈必要的信息给销售代理，做好全程跟踪，提高客户满意度；

5. Quickly provide necessary feedback to sales agents, track the entire process, and improve customer satisfaction;

6、配合上级主管了解客户需求，给客户正确的建议和合理的仓位安排；

6. Cooperate with superiors to understand customer needs, provide correct suggestions and reasonable capacity arrangements to customers;

7、做好数据信息的系统维护，以便日后数据统计分析；

7. Maintain the data information system for future data statistics and analysis;

8、单证以及文件的整理及归档；

8. Organize and archive documents and documents;

9、及时向上级主管反馈操作过程中的突发事件或者本身解决不了的问题；

9. Timely feedback to superiors on unexpected events or issues that cannot be resolved during the operation process;

10、及时完成上级交办的其他工作。

10. Timely complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

任职资格：

Qualification:

1、本科及以上学历，国际物流/英语/西语等相关专业；

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Logistics/English/Spanish or related fields;

2、具备一年以上的空运货代操作经验；

2. At least one year of experience in air freight forwarding operations;

3、英语读写能力佳，口语能力良好，熟练使用办公软件；

3. Good English reading and writing skills, good oral skills, proficient in using office software;

4、具备良好的沟通能力、应变能力，快速学习能力，对待工作认真、负责、细心；

4. Having good communication skills, adaptability, quick learning ability, and taking work seriously, responsible, and meticulous;

5、具备超强的服务意识，抗压能力强。

5. Having a strong sense of service and strong ability to withstand pressure.
