Job Overview

• We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team and drive growth for global e-commerce businesses within the Shopify ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Shopping, conversion optimization, and performance marketing. You should be data-driven, analytical, and passionate about continuously improving campaign performance to maximize ROAS and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize
• Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and other Google advertising solutions.
• Take ownership of
• Google Shopping campaigns, including product feed optimization, Merchant Center management, and improving product visibility and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor research, and bidding strategy optimization to maximize campaign performance.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and ad assets to achieve business KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data using
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations and growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, Design, Product, and Development teams to improve landing pages, user experience, and conversion performance.
• Stay up to date with Google's latest advertising features, AI-driven campaign types, policy changes, and industry best practices.
• Support testing or collaboration on other advertising platforms such as
• Meta Ads or TikTok Ads when required.

Requirements

• At least
• 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of
• Google Shopping, Merchant Center, product feeds, and feed optimization.
• Experience managing performance-driven campaigns with clear conversion and revenue objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Proficiency in
• Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Merchant Center, and other performance tracking tools.
• Good understanding of key performance metrics, including
• ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and customer acquisition.
• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in e-commerce, Shopify, or digital marketing agencies.
• Google Ads Certifications (Search, Shopping, Display, Measurement, or AI-powered campaigns).
• Experience with
• Meta (Facebook) Ads or
• TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.
• Experience optimizing international advertising campaigns is an advantage.
