- Responsible for sales invoice issuance, account verification, write-off, and voucher posting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.

- Conduct regular customer reconciliations, issue statements, and resolve accounting discrepancies.

- Assist the sales department in following up on overdue payment collection.

- Review expenses and support internal and external audits in coordination with the General Ledger team.

- Perform account reconciliation and cleanup, and report to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related major; must hold an accounting certificate.

- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with solid knowledge of VAT invoicing and accounting standards.

- Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and financial software systems.

- Detail-oriented and rigorous, with strong communication skills, resilience to pressure, and the ability to report to upper management.
