As an Industry Manager, you will be an architect of strategic growth, forging trusted alliances with C-level stakeholders to align on ambitious business goals. You will harness the power of generative AI and predictive analytics to navigate profound industry shifts, delivering unique value and maximizing impact to drive the long-term success of our partners. In this role, you will leverage your business judgment to identify, educate, and engage customers with Google AI-Powered Performance solutions (Search). You will provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis—anticipating how decisions are made, understanding the nuances of individual campaigns, and persistently exploring and uncovering the needs of key business lines. Alongside our customers, you will set the goal and strategy for how their advertising can best reach users.

Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive successful collaboration.

Design and pitch transformational, data-driven solutions (AI Powered Search) tailored to customer needs. Leverage in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling skills to effectively navigate objections, secure investment, and exceed revenue targets.

Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to drive adoption and revenue for AI-powered performance solutions (Search), transforming clients' advertising efforts.

Analyze and optimize marketing Return on Investment (ROI) by monitoring and assessing the performance of AI-powered performance (Search) campaigns, delivering data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Be updated with the industry trends and innovations in digital marketing, providing proactive insights and recommendations to ensure the team and clients remain at the forefront of an evolving landscape.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.

Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and English fluently to communicate with internal stakeholders and support Vietnamese speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in driving change with a broad group of stakeholders.

Experience in cross-functional project management.

Experience in the gaming industry.

Experience in developing relationships with and selling to executive-level stakeholders.

Understanding of cross-functional media businesses and operations.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
