Job Purpose

Support daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, and month-end accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and related documents.

Process daily AR transactions and maintain accurate customer records.

Update collection status and support customer payment follow-up.

Assist in AR reconciliations and month-end closing activities.

Accounts Payable (AP)

Process vendor invoices and employee claims.

Prepare weekly vendor payments and daily customs duty payments.

Process vendor commission payments.

Maintain AP records and supporting documentation.

Assist in AP reconciliations.

Banking & Accounting Support

Prepare bank payment instructions and post bank transactions.

Maintain proper filing of accounting and supporting documents.

Support inventory-related accounting entries and reconciliations.

Support tax compliance activities (VAT, WHT, and other tax requirements).

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordination

Coordinate with Sales, Service, SCM, and other departments to ensure complete and accurate accounting documents.

Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies

1. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, AP, or AR.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail, using MS Office, basic knowledge of Generative AI applications.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Basic English communication skills.
