Mô tả công việc Accountant

Record daily accounting transactions accurately and timely.
Reconcile accounts and maintain ledger regularly (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Control and report fixed assets and inventory periodically.
Verify supporting documents for revenue and expenses before posting.
Support data explanation to auditors, tax authorities, and external parties.
Control the accounting software to ensure the correct transactions and accounting data.
Tracking all accounting & cost activities to ensure that the company’s financial resources are managed by Vietnam Accounting Standard and comply with all relevant laws and company regulations.
Checking payment request from departments.
To coordinate with other departments and give advice to comply with local regulations Firm procedures, and policies;
Support Chief Accountant to deal with external parties, banks, external auditors, and tax authorities to resolve financial/accounting issues.
Fulfill all accounting-related tasks as required by the Parent Company’s Accounting Division
Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and payment processes.
Understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and relevant accounting regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work and document checking.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good coordination and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
