131467 - Accounting Staff - Manufacturing

- a Japanese company in the machinery industry- is looking for
Accounting Staff to support the company’s accounting operations by performing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Working Location:
Thach That, Ha Noi
Monthly Salary:
30,000,000～35,000,000VND
Record daily accounting transactions and post entries into the accounting system.
Check, validate, and ensure accounting invoices and documents are legitimate, comply with regulations, and are properly archived.
Prepare financial reports including: Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and other related reports.
Prepare monthly financial reports and support year-end closing tasks.
Assist in tax finalization work, liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and banks as required.
Reconcile data between the General Ledger and accounting books on a monthly basis.
Consolidate financial data for relevant departments to prepare Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) reports and statistical reports.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Language:
English from Intermediate Level (good communication skills)
Experience:
At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
Have experience in SAP or ERP
Hard Skills:
Proficient in Excel.
Soft Skills:
Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in tax finalization is preferred.
