Workforce Research & Insights (Senior/ Associate) - SPX Express

The Workforce Research & Insights Associate/Senior Associate supports research initiatives, conducts labor‑market analysis, and helps deliver insights and standardized processes for the workforce management team
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute Workforce Management (WFM) projects.
Conduct labor market research and basic analysis of labor market data to provide insight for the line manager
Conduct market research and organize immersion trips for the WFM team or other management teams to key regions to deepen on site labor market
Assist in documenting, maintaining, and updating standardized processes and booking systems.
Prepare reports, summaries, and visual outputs for internal teams.
Work with cross‑functional partners to support the execution of initiatives.
Other tasks as assigned

3-5 years of experience in research, operations, HR, or related roles.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Good communication and project management skills.
Curious, proactive, and willing to travel for immersion trips
