1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Facilitate the production process by managing warehouse activities as well as receive and dispatch of materials.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Facilitation and documentation of the receive and dispatch of both raw materials and finished goods

• Warehouse management, including but not limited to continuous monitoring of the inventory level, supporting the stock-taking process and ensuring safe and orderly storage of materials and goods.

• Driving Forklift when needed.

• Monitor production activities and capture operational information.

• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate order placement, production, and ensure delivery completion.

• Schedule and track deliveries from initial booking through final destination.

• Manage vendors, track performance, and conduct negotiations.

• Lead operational activities and prepare regular reports.

• Continuously identify process pain points and propose efficiency initiatives.

• Support any other tasks as required.

Background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Logistics, or equivalent

- Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience

- Previous work experience in chemical-related factory is preferable

Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

- Strong command of written and spoken English

- Good problem-solving and team coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
