Tuyển dụng Unit Head of Credit Risk Management Policy Unit - Xstu & LG tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Develop, monitor, adjust credit risk management policies for credit card and consumer lending products for XSTU & LG (*) segment in order to comply with business strategies, credit activities and socio-economic situation.

(*): XSTU & LG = Existing customer top-up & Lead Generation

- Develop, monitor, adjust application processing and credit underwriting process for each credit card and consumer lending products for XSTU & LG segment in accordance with the nature and risk appetite for each product

- Develop, monitor, adjust calculation logic of offered loan amount or credit card limit for XSTU & LG segment based on customer’s repayment capacity and VPB SMBC FC’s risk appetite

- Initiate the change requests for credit policy rules and calculation logic in Decision Engine system and for processes in LOS system, to enhance credit quality and mitigate credit risk for XSTU & LG segment

- Track and manage credit applications, ensuring processing strictly adheres to the applicable procedures and regulations of each period.

- Monitor indicators and ratios specifying the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and bad debts of each product group regularly to propose proper adjustments for credit assessment process, risk management process and product criteria for XSTU & LG segment to improve business efficiency, portfolio performance and minimize process friction.

- Develop, monitor, adjust Underwriting manuals to support underwriter for complying with Decision Engine system’s requirements and collect, verify necessary information XSTU & LG segment

- Coordinate with other units both internal and external to Risk Management Division to orientate the credit policies and underwriting mechanism, instructing on credit risk management policies of XSTU & LG segment

- Compose documents related to credit risk management policies for credit granting activities to comply with regulations of Law and based on directives of competent authorities

- Consult and review on risk mitigation perspective for products/ product programs or any documentation related to credit granting to XSTU & LG segment

- Manage tasks of the Unit, set up priorities

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 05 years’ experience working in Credit Risk Management/Credit Risk Policy/ Credit Underwriting/ Credit Quality Control

- Have experience to manage team with team size from 5 or more people is a plus

- Understanding of banking risk policies & procedures, solid knowledge in credit risk and risk management

- Knowledge and experience in LOS and DE system

- Ability to make decision on his/her own within scope of the Unit

- Critical thinking and analytical thinking

- Good organizational, communication, coaching skill, leadership and problem solving skills

- Fluent in English
