As a UI/UX Designer in our team, you will:

UX Research & Discovery

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery activities (interviews, surveys, concept testing…) to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (app analytics, funnels, retention, experiments) to identify UX opportunities and validate design decisions.

Experience Design

• Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and user flows for mobile and web applications.
• Translate research insights into low/high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, iterating quickly based on feedback and data.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, synthesize findings, and identify opportunities to improve usability and overall user experience.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Developers throughout the discovery and delivery process to ensure UX quality is maintained end-to-end.
• Support development teams during implementation and post-release UX improvements.

UI Design & Design Systems (Strong Plus)

• Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines across products, ensuring consistency and scalability.

2. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or UX Design for mobile apps (Android, iOS) and/or web products. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX methodologies, and product design processes. 
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, product discovery, and interaction design. 
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. 
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and other design/prototyping tools. 
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components. 
• Comfortable working with product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion) and using data to inform design decisions.
• Ability to communicate design rationale and present ideas effectively to stakeholders. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced product environment.
• Experience designing mobile-first products is highly preferred.
• Bonus points if you have experience working on AI-powered products.
