Cash Management

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Manage company’s cash flow and liquidity by forecasting future cash needs, monitoring bank accounts, and initiating transfers as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital management.
• Secure financing for company through various means, such as bank loans, commercial paper issuance, or bond offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on financial position, cash flow, and risk management activities for senior management.

Banking Relationships

• Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Oversee the opening, closing, and maintenance of all bank accounts.
• Negotiate banking services, fees, and terms to ensure the best value for the company.
• Analyze banking costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with banking covenants and regulations.

Financial Risk Management

• Monitor and manage the company’s exposure to financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange risks.
• Execute hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Investment Management

• Assist in managing the company’s investment portfolio, ensuring compliance with investment policies.
• Develop financial models to project future revenue, profitability, and cash flow of target companies.
• Track and analyze industry trends; then identify potential investment opportunities within relevant sectors that align with company’s strategy.
• Develop fundraising materials, such as investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial models, to effectively communicate company’s story.
• Track and maintain a database of fundraising activity, including investor inquiries, meeting notes, and due diligence requests.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential new sources of funding, including institutional investors, venture capitalists, and private equity firms. This may involve analyzing investment trends and competitor fundraising activities.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc treasury reports for management.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain and update treasury systems and databases.

Strategic Projects

• Participate in treasury-related projects and initiatives.
• Support the implementation of treasury management systems and process improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics, or related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.

2-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field.

Experience with treasury management systems is preferred.

Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in financial modeling (e.g., Excel).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
