Transportation Operation

Coordinate transportation bookings and check shipment requirements.

Arrange trucks and coordinate vendors for pick-up and delivery.

Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues.

Follow up deliveries and provide timely status updates.

Ensure required shipment documents and operational records are complete and properly filed.

Vendor & Customer Coordination

Coordinate with trucking vendors, drivers and customers.

Clarify shipment requirements, delivery arrangements and operational issues with customers.

Follow up vendor performance and resolve operational or cost discrepancies.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and completion of shipment-related tasks.

Payment & Billing Administration

Check vendor invoices and supporting documents, and coordinate payment requests with Accounting.

Follow up payment status and resolve missing or incorrect payment documents.

Prepare and issue Debit Note / SOA to customers and follow up billing confirmation.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in trucking, transportation or logistics operation.
• Hands-on experience in truck arrangement and shipment coordination.
• Good understanding of trucking / transportation operations.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Good communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Careful and detail-oriented in checking documents, billing information and payment records.
• PLUS
• Experience with import/export, container or cross-border transportation.
• Experience with GFS, SCM, TMS or other logistics systems.
• Experience coordinating with Accounting / Finance on payment or billing matters.
• Experience preparing Debit Note, SOA or other logistics billing documents.
