Tuyển dụng Translator (Japanese) tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa
• Translate technical specifications, user manuals, software documentation, and other project-related documents from Japanese to English and vice-versa.
• Ensure accuracy, linguistic quality, and consistency across all translated materials.
• Maintain technical accuracy and appropriate terminology by utilizing glossaries, style guides, and translation memory tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and technical writers to clarify technical concepts and terminology.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and proofreading of translated content.
• Real-time Interpretation experience is highly preferred.
• Import the content of specification in various formats (word, excel, pdf, matrix...) into Doors system, manage version, set attribute and layout as per customer requirement.
• Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report...
• Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Language Proficiency: Fluent-level fluency in both spoken and written Japanese and English (JLPT N2 or above / IELTS / TOEIC high-advanced score level).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a professional translator in a technical environment (software development, IT, or engineering preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Translation Memory tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ, Memsource), terminology management systems, and MS Office applications.
• Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to quickly master new technical concepts and terminology.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related technical field preferred.
• Professional certification in interpretation/translation is a significant asset.
