Class & learner management

• Operate and assure the quality of classes for Fresher, Internship, Key Programs, university-linked courses and internal training programs for company employees.
• Monitor learners' progress and coordinate with trainers to continuously improve training quality.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure programs comply with relevant internal standards and regulations.

Training delivery & trainer support

• Support trainers in communicating class information and advising learners.
• Prepare teaching tools, equipment and materials required during delivery.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions to individuals and groups where assigned, applying effective training methodologies to ensure engagement and understanding.

Learning content development

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to develop, update and standardize training materials in line with evolving organizational needs.
• Develop training aids: posters, training guidelines, multimedia visual aids and reference materials.

Events, clubs & logistics coordination

• Organize engagement activities and events for learners.
• Run foreign language clubs, participate in entrance interviews, and organize language proficiency tests and assessments.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, venue arrangement and required materials.

Assessment, reporting & documentation

• Conduct assessments to measure training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to learners, trainers and management.
• Consolidate, analyze and report on learners' results on a periodic basis; recommend adjustments and improvements based on evaluation results.
• Manage and archive class records: test papers, learning materials, learner and trainer data, etc.
• Record, handle and escalate issues arising during class operation to management.

Stakeholder collaboration & learning culture

• Work closely with department managers to understand training needs, and collaborate with other Training Officers on cross-functional initiatives.
• Share, contribute and teach selected topics to team members to build knowledge and sustain a strong learning culture.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Psychology or other related fields.
• Intermediate level of English or above, with strong English speaking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant working tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with a strong service mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team; adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and ways of working.
• Innovation mindset and interest in applying digital tools / AI to learning.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development / training, including designing and deploying training programs, with hands-on training and facilitation skills.
• Experience organizing activities, games and events for learners.
• Experience working in IT, technology education or an academy environment.
