About the Role

- This is a hands-on ticketing role covering the reservation-to-ticket process: creating PNRs in Amadeus, checking fare rules and Ticketing Time Limits, sourcing suitable fares, issuing tickets and handling changes through departure.

- You will work directly with airlines and consolidators when required, including handling booking or fare issues and following up on schedule changes, reissues and urgent cases. The role also includes maintaining ticketing status updates and basic forward planning for upcoming ticket issuance.

- Because airline disruptions do not always happen during office hours, occasional support outside normal working hours may be required for urgent flight-related cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Create PNRs in Amadeus after confirmed bookings; check fare rules, baggage allowance and Ticketing Time Limits (TTL)

- Search, compare and select suitable fares based on price, routing, conditions and customer requirements; follow up with airlines or consolidators for better options when needed

- Track TTLs closely and complete ticket issuance within the required timeframe

- Issue e-tickets and support seat selection where applicable

- Monitor schedule changes and cancellations; process reissues, refunds and voids correctly

- Work directly with airlines and consolidators to resolve booking, fare and ticketing issues, including urgent cases

- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Experience and Finance from confirmed booking through ticketing and post-issuance changes

- Maintain ticketing status reports and provide basic forecasts of upcoming issuance volume based on confirmed bookings and departure schedules

- Keep fare arrangements, airline/consolidator contacts and ticketing procedures documented and up to date.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in ticketing and strong working proficiency in Amadeus GDS, including PNR creation, fare search/pricing, ticket issuance, reissue and void/refund

- Good understanding of fare rules, baggage, Ticketing Time Limits and the handling of schedule changes or cancellations

- Experience working with airlines and/or consolidators

- Working English sufficient to communicate directly with airlines and international partners by email and phone, and to handle routine ticketing matters independently

- Careful and accurate, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines at the same time

- Able to follow a booking through to completion and raise issues early when they may affect the customer, fare or ticketing deadline

- Able to maintain clear ticketing updates and basic operational reports.

Good to Have

- Experience with a second GDS such as Sabre or Galileo/Travelport

- Experience with group/series bookings or block-seat allotments

- Understanding of IATA/BSP settlement or consolidator ticketing arrangements

- Experience handling airline disruptions directly in English, including calls to airline support teams or overseas partners

- Experience working with airline representatives on fare, policy, group booking or commercial arrangements.

- Salary: VND 20,000,000 - 30,000,000/month, depending on experience and capability
