Objective:

Expand sales within the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and delivering customized automation solutions. Strengthen customer and partner relationships to drive sustainable growth and position Delta as a trusted industry leader.

Job Description:

- Sales and Business Development: Actively seek, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Identify new customers and applications for existing clients through site visits, cold calls, and networking.

- Technical Consultation: Serve as a technical advisor to customers, understanding their specific needs and challenges. Propose and present customized solutions using Delta's portfolio, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, servo systems, and industrial robots.

- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and system integrators. Act as a trusted partner by providing expert guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the value of Delta's automation products. Support pre-sales activities and assist with product selection and cross-referencing.

- Reporting: Manage the sales pipeline, update the CRM system, and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and market intelligence.

- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field is typically required

- Good English communication skill

- A strong understanding of industrial automation components and systems is essential. Familiarity with programming PLCs or setting up automation systems is a significant plus
