Key Purpose of the Job

Make outbound calls to prospect to introduce information about our products and explain how our products and services can enhance their lives. Ultimate goal will be to cultivate new clients for our products by  proposing products or services and describing their quality and benefits in a detailed and persuasive manner.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• 1. Deliver individual target
• Achieve assigned targets in terms of calls, bookings, shows and contracts by complying to the TMK script provided by the TMK management
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately, including marketing information in a computer system (Hubspot).
• Consistently follow up with prospect by warm calling to continuously exceed KPIs
• Guide and support prospects in completing all necessary steps to ensure a smooth consultation with the Education Consultant (EC).
• Enquire and capture prospects referrals as per TMK function guidelines
• Identify sales opportunities efficiently and effectively present key features and benefits of WSE products to prospects by complying to the TMK script
• Ensure calls are carried out on time and without becoming distracted
• Displaying excellent communication and rapport-building skills conveying a courteous and professional impression and a conversational quality to their presentations
• 2. Compliance with Company Policies
• Ensure strictly adhere to call center's discipline and guidelines
• Ensure company policies, working procedures, and the use of systems & telephone are always adhered to
• Attend training and coaching sessions that are organized for the role.

• Required Competencies
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills conveying a courteous and professional impression and a conversational quality to their presentations
• Good pace, pitch and tone and the ability to be natural and conversational (not come across as scripted or stilted)
• Strong belief that you can achieve result whatever who you are calling
• Ability to pose insightful and engaging questions to understand the customer’s requirements and excellent listening skills once the prospect answers questions
• Structured in the handling of information collection while engaging with prospects
• Ability to show empathy to assist prospects in an efficient and friendly manner
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Qualification and Experience Required
• Intermediate/College degree or higher in the professions
• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in relevant industries
