* Prepare and develop mold drawings using AutoCAD 3D.

* Inspect and verify molds received from internal and external suppliers.

* Control and coordinate the entire mold manufacturing and repair process, including drawing preparation, PR, transportation, inspection, and repair.

* Prepare drawings for other devices and components used in testing, such as building drums, spacers, rings, and related parts.

* Act as the key contact point for mold-related matters with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including system operation and coordination.

* Support tire testing activities and prepare related reports.

* Support tread die manufacturing activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

* College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

**Experience**

* Minimum 1 year of experience in mold inspection.

* Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Certificates

* AutoCAD 3D certification, with the ability to prepare mold, drum, and machine drawings.

* Mold inspection certification from the relevant technical organization is preferred. Training/certification can be provided after joining if not yet available.

Technical Skills

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings from manufacturers and suppliers.

* Basic mechanical skills and hands-on experience operating mechanical equipment such as grinders, drills, welding equipment, etc.

Language and other requirement

* Basic English communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of ISO standards.

* Good presentation and communication skills.
