Technical Supervisor

• HSE standard following: apply all required HSE standard/requirement of Vesuvius corporation for the responsible working area, tool and subcontractor people.

• PPE effective control: manage strictly the using as well as inventory of PPE without wasting

• Conduct daily Tool Box Meeting with records issued to Section Head / HSE officer.

• Target control LTI / MTI as per Vesuvius global standard

• GSA: must be passed as per global requirement

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree or College degree in Metallurgical engineering/ Materials Science/ Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field

- 2-3 years’ working experience in project base, mechanical work or general heavy industries.

- Knowledge about refractory and/or steel making is plus

- Conversational English communication

- Good Excel/Word, email & reporting skill

- Installation and/or supervision skills

- Energetic, displays leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently, good analytical skills and eager to change and improve.

- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced and changing working environment.

- Handle customer complaints

- Working in shift required
