KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MCD (TEC & PPV)

• Negotiate with outside plants, conduct new spec testing, handle IP/MP/standardization paperwork, perform genba check & reporting.

Improvement & Quality

• Report improvement items, manage scrap rework/QC.

Material Handling

• Troubleshoot material issues, complete QPC paperwork with genba check & countermeasure.

Mixing Work

• Perform machine & spec skill tasks including Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, and MS support.

Extruder Work

• Perform machine & spec skill tasks including Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, and MS support.

Calendar Work

• Perform machine & spec skill tasks including Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, and MS support.

Subsidiary Material Improvement

• Utilize advanced material skills for Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, and MS support.

Documentation

Create YTVI rules based on test results/YS and update maintenance per YRC rule changes.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education

• College/University degree in Chemistry or Polymer. Graduated from Tech University.

Language

• Intermediate English.

Experience

• 1-2 years in manufacturing/technical environment.
