KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Time study and standadized work
• Conduct Time Study, Motion Study and maintain standard times
• Develop and maintain standard work and operational standards.
• Production monitoring and analysis
• Monitor and analyze productivity, labor efficiency, OEE and manufacturing performance.
• Support line balancing, manpower planning and capacity analysis.
• Production improvement
• Identify operational losses and drive improvement actions.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement productivity improvement projects.
• Factory visibility
• Develop and maintain factory performance dashboards and visual management systems.
• In-house logistics
• Support factory layout optimization, material flow improvement, and space utilization projects.
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and Planning teams to improve factory performance.
• Other duties
• Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial and system engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering or related fields.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Language

• English communication is preferred.

Knowledge

• Time Study, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management.
• Lean Manufacturing, TPS (Toyota Production System), TPM, 5S.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and factory layout design is preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
