Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training for newly joined Sales team members, ensuring they quickly build a strong understanding of product knowledge and sales support processes.
• Conduct advanced product training for experienced Sales staff, particularly on high-end and specialized products.
• Provide technical support and consultation to Sales teams and customers regarding the company’s products and applications.
• Advise customers on suitable product applications and solutions to maximize product performance and effectiveness.
• Conduct initial product training and technical guidance for customers after purchasing the company’s products.
• Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, and coordinate appropriate solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.28:{

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Chinese proficiency at HSK 4 or above with good communication skills.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Proactive, positive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a Can-do attitude.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to provide technical consultation and after-sales support.
