TLA Consulting is a professional advisory firm providing integrated services in Tax, Accounting, Customs, Transfer Pricing, and Legal Advisory to domestic and foreign-invested enterprises (FDI).

We are looking for a Tax & Customs Consultant to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in tax compliance, customs, and advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tax compliance and advisory work in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations.

• Support tax reviews, tax health checks and advisory projects, including the analysis of tax issues and preparation of relevant working papers.

• Review CIT, VAT, PIT and other tax calculations, returns and supporting documents.

• Review accounting records, invoices, contracts and supporting documents to identify tax & customs risks and compliance issues.

• Support clients in preparing and reviewing Customs Finalization Reports in accordance with Vietnamese customs regulations.

• Standardize and develop BOMs/norms (consumption norms) and reconcile import, export, inventory and production data.

• Research and update tax & customs regulations and provide practical recommendations.

• Prepare tax advisory memos, technical notes and client responses.

• Communicate with clients to collect information, clarify requirements and ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Participate in client meetings and discussions with tax/customs authorities when required.

• Support junior team members and assist in preparing proposals and other engagement documents.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Tax, Finance, Law, Customs, or a related field.

• 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in Tax, Customs, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.

• Good understanding of Vietnamese tax and customs regulations, particularly CIT, VAT, PIT, tax compliance, customs procedures, and import-export regulations.

• Good working proficiency in English, especially reading and writing; experience working with FDI clients is an advantage.

• Japanese or Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
