Organizational & Talent Development

Implement organizational development programs to enhance workforce capabilities and support business strategies.

Execute learning and development programs to enhance professional skills, leadership capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Assist in building the capability of managers to coach, give feedback, evaluate performance fairly, and develop their team members.

Promote a learning culture: Build periodic content series/channels to share practical knowledge and experience, introduce books/courses, and recognize exemplary role models for self-learning initiatives.

Mindset & Culture Development

Execute mindset development programs that strengthen ownership mindset, problem-solving mindset, quality mindset, radical honesty, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term self-development.

Translate QDP core values into observable behaviors, training modules, articles, and visually engaging, easy-to-understand media publications.

Communications & Employee Engagement

Plan and execute internal events, campaigns, and activities (e.g., townhall, team building, culture, recognition events,...)

Conduct periodic engagement surveys and post-training/event feedback surveys to gather insights and propose actionable improvement solutions.

Develop communication materials to promote company values and culture.

Corporate branding.

Change management communication: Provide communication alignment for organizational transformation projects, helping colleagues clearly understand the rationale for change, minimizing psychological barriers, and fostering consensus.

Others

Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.

Experience in training, organizational development, employee engagement & internal communication.

TOEIC 700, IELTS 5.0 or higher (or equivalent).

Ability to build and maintain good internal relationships with other departments.

Interest in or understanding of training, organizational development, behavior change, and core values communication.

Strong skills in planning, event management, and program coordination.

Strong internal communication and content creation skills: solid writing capability, creative mindset, and strong attention to detail.

Logical thinking, proactive learning spirit, high sense of responsibility, and strong problem-solving skills.
