As the Company continues to scale and strengthen its organization, the Talent Acquisition function plays a key role in ensuring the right talent is attracted, recruited and integrated to support current and future business needs.

ROLE PURPOSE

• The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment to ensure the company attracts and hires the right talents in a timely manner to meet current and future business needs.
• The role partners with Hiring Managers to clarify hiring needs, drive recruitment execution, build talent pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and provide clear recruitment data and reporting.
• The role also supports new hire integration through the company's onboarding program, including onboarding training and Buddy coordination, to help new hires integrate effectively during their first 3–6 months.
• A hands-on, proactive and service-minded professional who is organized, resilient, solution-oriented and able to move multiple hiring priorities forward in a fast-changing environment.

Expected Deliverables / Outcomes

1. Right Talent, On Time: Critical positions are filled on time with suitable candidates.
2. Hiring Manager Alignment: Clear hiring criteria, milestones, updates and actions throughout the recruitment process.
3. Talent Pipeline: Proactive talent pools are built and maintained for current and future hiring needs.
4. Candidate & New Hire Experience: Positive candidate experience and effective onboarding through Onboarding Training & Buddy Program, with follow-up during the first 3–6 months.
5. Recruitment Data & System: Accurate recruitment tracking, dashboards and reports supporting decision-making and continuous process improvement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attract & Recruit: Ensure timely recruitment of the right talent to meet current and growing business needs.
• Job Specifications: Partner with Hiring Managers to define clear job requirements, qualifications and expectations aligned with business needs.
• Recruitment Communication: Maintain timely communication and provide clear updates on recruitment progress and key milestones.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a proactive talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Strengthen employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Talent Integration: Support new hire integration through Onboarding Training & Buddy Program, with follow-up and KPI tracking during the first 3–6 months.
• Recruitment System & Data: Build and maintain recruitment systems, track key metrics and provide real-time dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Culture Ambassador: Represent and communicate the company's culture throughout the candidate and onboarding experience.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition; internal recruitment experience in retail, sportswear, fashion, FMCG, distribution, or other fast-growing businesses is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with demanding Hiring Managers and tight deadlines.
• Strong service mindset, communication and negotiation skills.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on solutions and results.
• Technology-savvy, with experience in recruitment systems, data tracking and dashboard reporting.
• Good verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English.

WORKING LOCATION

• Ho Chi Minh City: 188bis Tran Quang Khai Street, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1.

  (The office is expected to relocate by the end of 2026 to 183C Nguyen Van Dau Street, Binh Loi Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.)

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday morning. (Saturday working hours can be arranged flexibly by adjusting the schedule.)
