POSITION OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations at New Retail CPG — from warehouse management and domestic distribution to import/export coordination and third-party logistics oversight. This role ensures that fresh produce, premium protein, and FMCG products flow reliably and cost-efficiently across all sales channels (B2B, B2C, E-commerce, MT, GT, HORECA), while maintaining the cold chain integrity that our product quality depends on.

1. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage warehouse operations for ambient, chilled, and frozen product categories

• Control inbound / storage / outbound / stocktake flows and ensure data accuracy in warehouse management systems

• Monitor inventory levels, highlight stock risk (expiry, overstock, slow-movers), and drive corrective action

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance across all temperature zones

1.2 Distribution & Order Fulfillment

• Ensure all orders across B2B, B2C, and E-commerce channels are delivered on time and in full

• Coordinate delivery scheduling and route planning to maximize efficiency

• Resolve in-transit and last-mile delivery issues promptly

• Maintain service level standards across all channels

1.3 Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management

• Oversee and evaluate 3PL providers for warehousing and transportation services

• Review and approve freight charges; allocate logistics costs by product category

• Control logistics budget and identify cost optimization opportunities

• Conduct regular service reviews and drive continuous improvement with logistics partners

1.4 Import & Export Operations

• Manage international shipment tracking for fresh produce and protein imports

• Oversee import/export documentation and customs clearance processes

• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on-time, compliant cross-border shipments

• Monitor outstanding shipments and coordinate payment milestones with suppliers

1.5 Customer Service (Internal & External)

• Supervise the customer service team's day-to-day operations

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery issues

• Drive continuous improvement in service quality metrics (accuracy, speed, resolution rate)

2. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery rate across all channels

• Inventory accuracy (physical vs. system)

• Waste / shrinkage % from warehouse operations

• Logistics cost per unit / as % of revenue

• 3PL performance scores (service level, accuracy, compliance)

• Customer complaint resolution rate and speed

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations management role

• Experience in FMCG and/or fresh food (fresh produce, chilled/frozen protein) is a strong advantage

• Hands-on experience with import/export processes, demand forecasting, warehouse management, and distribution

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and food safety compliance

• Experience managing 3PL relationships and logistics cost structures

• Proficiency in WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems

• Good English communication for working with international suppliers and freight forwarders

• Strong team leadership and systematic work organization

• Fast problem-solving and effective cross-functional communication
