• Assist in the preparation of structural designs for rooftops, including system analysis, calculations, and drawings.
• Apply departmental and relevant standards to prepare specifications, calculations, drawings, and other project documentation.
• Incorporate the requirements of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs), professional service agreements, and other contractual requirements to ensure projects meet or exceed established goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-disciplinary teams, construction teams, vendors, fabricators, and owners, to address structural-related issues and concerns.
• Support the Department Manager in achieving departmental performance goals.
• Assist in preparing design documents for solar structural design, including calculations, drawings, and structural specifications.
• Technical responsibilities: Be responsible for all aspects of commercial solar system design, including structural and civil design, as well as the application of relevant solar PV industry codes and standards.
• Service responsibilities: Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers, understand project requirements, and facilitate all deliverables to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Evaluate existing structures and develop retrofit solutions where required.
• Conduct rooftop structural and constructability evaluations.
• Design and inspect driven piles and cast-in-place deep foundations.
• Perform pile design, corrosion evaluations, foundation design, and construction quality control.
• Manage time effectively and handle a large volume of projects simultaneously.
• Review and evaluate third-party structural analysis reports.
• Develop preliminary solar system configurations and perform capacity calculations.
• Support project simulations using PVSyst software as required. Specialized training will be provided upon joining the team.
• Coordinate with the project team to conduct site surveys, prepare documentation and reports, and propose preliminary project feasibility studies.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in structural design; at least 5 years of experience working for international companies. Experience in factory construction projects is an advantage.
• Experience in the Energy sector is an advantage.
• Must possess a Structural Design License. A Supervisor or Project Management License is an advantage.
• Proficient in structural design software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with civil, structural, and architectural standards, such as TCVN, AISC, etc.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally on a project basis.
• Good health.
• Hardworking, diligent, and responsible.
